The Redwater Group was originally formed over 35 years ago and specialised in residential developments around the North West. The company gained an enviable reputation for developing select and quality developments with the emphasis on craftsmanship. Since this time the company has expanded and diversified its activities and as well as residential projects has undertaken retail and commercial developments. Nowadays the Group is divided into two companies, Redwater Homes and Redwater Developments. Redwater Homes is run by the principal Directors Sean McCaul and Stephen Williams, and Redwater Developments is run by Sean McCaul, Stephen Williams and Neil Cartwright.
