Neil is an all rounder in the true sense of the word. After leaving school he was taken on as an apprentice professional cricketer at the home of cricket, Lord’s, and for 12 months was part of the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) staff.
He says the experience has helped him enormously in the business world because he’s a team player, fights to the end and hates losing !! The 50-year-old ran his own insurance company before moving into property in 1995, and owns houses in the UK and America.
It should come as no surprise that he is sports-mad, but these days has exchanged his cricket bat for golf clubs, and also enjoys watching Warrington Rugby League football Club. Sport aside, Neil has a weak spot for red wine, live music gigs and walking in Yorkshire.
